My running programs will help you PR your next race, and do it PAIN FREE. Each program gives your the necessary strength, mobility, mileage, speed work & self care to PR your next race without an annoying injury.
PROGRAMMING FEATURES
GAIT ANALYSIS
This is not the gait analysis at your local shoe store. This is a real deal look at all of your running biomechanics by an expert. I will break down each phase of your gait and offer some cues or drills to help you move more efficiently.
STRENGTH WORK
Strong things don't break. The #1 reason runners are slow or broken is because they only run. My programs deliver properly periodized strength training customized for each runner and their goal.
RECOVERY WORK
My programming always includes post workout self care. I know you are busy, but that 2:00 you spend properly rolling your soft tissues will also save you from injuries and keep your running longer and stronger.
APP FOR EASE
All of my programming is delivered via the TrueCoach app. It is very easy to use and includes demo videos for every movement programmed. It also allows for progress tracking.
RUNNING TRAINING
You're buying a running program, so of course you are going to run! Based your goals you will have 3-4 days of running programmed. Workouts are a mix of distance, speed work and intervals.
CHECK-INS
You are not just getting a program; you are getting a coach. Part of the deal is that you get a 1-on-1 monthly check-in via my secure telehealth software.
